How to use
- Use on damp skin in the shower.
- Massage gently, focusing on elbows, knees and heels.
- Rinse well. Citrus oils can make skin more sensitive to sun, so it's best used in the evening.

Why evening?
Some citrus oils, especially bergamot, can increase sun sensitivity. An evening shower is the easy way around it.
How long does a jar last?
It depends on how often you scrub. Keep water out of the jar to keep it fresh.
